Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order with HITS LA. Customers aged 18–20 may order with a valid California medical marijuana identification card. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of every delivery.
ID Verification
Our driver will verify your identity upon arrival. Acceptable forms of ID include a state-issued driver's license, state ID card, or U.S. passport. If valid identification cannot be provided, the delivery will be refused.
Regulatory Compliance
HITS LA operates in compliance with all applicable California cannabis laws and regulations, including the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA). All products are tested and labeled in accordance with state requirements.
Purchase Limits
In accordance with California law, daily purchase limits apply. Adult-use customers may purchase up to 1 oz of flower, 1000mg THC in non-edible concentrates, and 100mg THC per edible product. Medical patients with valid identification may purchase higher quantities as permitted by law.
Right to Refuse Service
HITS LA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where we are unable to verify age or identity, suspect fraudulent activity, or determine that an order violates applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
HITS LA provides products “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the effects or outcomes of any product. HITS LA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the applicable order.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
