Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges and refunds may be approved by a manager on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:
- Product malfunction (e.g., defective cartridge or battery)
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or compromised packaging
Requirements
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
- You must contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue
- A valid government-issued ID matching the original order is required
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit within 14 days of the request. Cash refunds are not available due to the nature of cannabis transactions.
